The impact of the Prevent duty on schools: A review of the evidence’, published by Lee Jerome, Alex Elwick and Raza Kazim – all based here at CERS – has been highly commended in the 2020 BERJ Editors’ Choice Award, which recognises articles published in the journal in 2019. There was no application process: the winning and commended articles were chosen by the journal’s editorial team from among a shortlist of nominations from the journal’s editorial board.
