We have facilitated the activities of the Universities Association for Lifelong Learning (UK) Work and Learning network since its inception in 1994, through a steering group of the most active UK universities in the field of Work Based Learning.
The network provides a public website, an Advance HE Connect forum, workshops, seminars and conferences as well as a national lobby (through UALL) to influence the direction of work-based, work-integrated and other forms of work-related and practice-based learning in many higher education contexts. The annual conference brings together international researchers in the field that continues to progress and expand with many new international developments
