GEA Conference

Earlier this year it was announced that Middlesex University had been chosen to host the 2017 Gender and Education Association Conference – a  major and prestigious biannual event.

Led by Professor Jayne Osgood, CERS submitted a bid for the conference back in September, and following the announcement the team have now begun to make preparations – with the latest step being the official launch of the conference website:

  • Registration details will be made available shortly, with the conference open for registrations in January.
  • Abstracts are currently being accepted, with a deadline of 31st January for submissions.
  • The conference itself will run from 21st-23rd June and will be on the theme of: ‘Generative Feminism(s): working across/within/through borders’.
